• Dedicated Event Facilitators: Two trained staff members will assist guests step-by-step, helping them select their ideal bases and keycaps for an engaging, smooth experience.
• Custom-Designed Booth Setup: A stylish, wooden creation station tailored to fit your event's aesthetic. Features a compact 90 × 60 × 90 cm footprint (or a standard 4 × 2 ft table arrangement).
• 3-Hour Interactive Session: Service runs continuously for up to three hours or until every distributed stub has been redeemed—whichever occurs first.
• Streamlined Redemption Vouchers: Custom-branded claim tickets supplied directly to your event manager prior to the session for easy distribution (unclaimed vouchers expire at the end of the activation).
• Guided Assembly & Specialty Accents: Access to a broad range of colors, alphabet keys, and fun icons/symbols to accommodate longer custom names.
• Ready-to-Use Keychain Finish: Every keycap clicker features a clean white ball chain and customized brand tag, delivered completely packaging-free so guests can enjoy them instantly.

Terms & Conditions
• Booking is subject to availability - Event dates and time slots are secured strictly on a first-come, first-served basis upon receipt of the deposit.
• Advance Reservation Window: Confirm your booking at least one (1) month prior to your event date to guarantee adequate lead time for custom production and event prep.
• Deposit & Slot Guarantee: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to lock in your date. Your event schedule is officially secured only upon receipt of payment.
• Cancellation & Package Adjustments: Bookings are non-cancellable once confirmed, and all deposits remain non-refundable. Packages may be upgraded at any time, though downgrades are not permitted.
